SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping will be through USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail depending on the package. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping transit.

RETURN POLICY

All tumblers are handmade and customized. Therefore, orders have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Once the tumbler begins production (approximately 24 hours after the order is placed) it is not possible to cancel the order. If the item is damaged upon arrival, the tumbler must be sent back to me to be fixed.
